Villa Hiona Studios

Villa Hiona is made up of two 250-year old stone twin houses which are adjoined. The two houses have been converted into 5 independent studios. All studios face the sea share the long, common balcony.

Studios can accommodate up to two people per studio. Our vision is for our guests to have a quiet place to relax and unwind, to feel the warmth of the sun, looking out onto the Aegean sea and listening to the lapping of the waves. It is a true beachfront property, with all that you need to really come to a full stop. Here, in the southeast corner of the Aegean sea, one of the smallest islands of the Dodecanese, an unspoilt, quiet Greek island, offers you peace.

Villa Hiona has two types of studios:

One of the twin houses has been split into our two large studios: Pelagia and Afroditi. Each has is 50 sq meter in area and has an additional 15sq meters, as a loft bedroom, with a staircase inside.

The other twin house, has been split into our 3 regular studios each also with a 12 sq meter loft bedroom, with an internal staircase. These studios are: Okeanis, Thalassa and Nafsika
