Pelagia is one of Villa Hiona’s two spacious Large Studios, created within one of the property’s historic 19th-century stone houses. The studio combines the authentic character of old Halki with the comfort of a relaxed seaside stay.
The studio offers approximately 50 m² of living space, together with a 15 m² loft bedroom. The loft has two comfortable single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed.
Downstairs, the studio has a comfortable living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower. The doors open directly onto Villa Hiona’s long shared waterfront terrace, just steps from the crystal-clear Aegean Sea.
Wake up to the sea, enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water, and step down for a swim whenever you wish.

Pelagia has been designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing home by the sea. The main living area includes a sitting and dining space and a fully equipped kitchenette, while the loft provides a quiet sleeping area.
The studio retains elements of Villa Hiona’s traditional character, with antiques and artwork reflecting the house’s history and the sponge-diving days. Each of the five studios has its own distinctive paintings and character.
From Pelagia, the sea is part of everyday life. The studio opens onto Villa Hiona’s long shared balcony, positioned directly above the Aegean, with the water just a few steps away.
