Getting There

Getting to Halki By Air

miniature airplane

The island has no airport of its own, but manyΒ  international airlines fly into the Rhodes’ Diagoras International Airport (IATA code: RHO). The best way to reach Halki, is to fly to the International Airport of Rhodes, with one of the numerous charter, or regular flights, and then take a boat from either the main harbour in Rhodes, or from Kamiros Skala, a small port on the west coast of Rhodes. Kamiros Skala is 45 minutes from the center of Rhodes by taxi and 30 minutes from the airport. A taxi from the airport to the harbour at Kameiros Scala costs approximately €60-70 euros.
