• Villa Hiona is available for rent from June 1st, 2020 until October 15th
• All studios can accommodate only up to two adults
• There is 4-day minimum for all months except August when the minimum is 7 days
• Children are welcome over the age of 12 years. 
• Pets are not allowed
• Check-in is from 14:00- 20:00
• Check out is at 11:00 in the morning
• Prices  apply for 2 people per day and are quoted in euros
• Payment is accepted only be bank transfer and must be completed before arrival. 
• Cash is not accepted on-siteRefundable bookings are confirmed after a 30% downpayment is made at the time of booking
• For refundable bookings that are cancelled 30 days before the arrival date, the downpayment of 30% will be fully refunded
• The remainder of the amount (70%) is due 30 days before arrival
• For refundable bookings that are cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the downpayment will not be refunded
